Loose ring double jointed snaffle, very lightly used. The mouthpiece has loose brass alloy discs in the centre to help soothe a fussy tongued horse. Mouthpiece sometimes referred to as "tom thumb" mouthpiece.
Sweet iron has lightly oxidised which is completely normal.
