Returns Policy

We are happy to accept returns if any of our bits are unsuitable or you simply change your mind. Just return the bit within 30 days of order, in the same state and condition that it arrived with you. We cannot accept returns for bits that have damage or more wear marks than when they were sent.  Also, DIRTY BITS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN.

The most cost effective way to return a bit is via Royal Mail.  But please ensure you gain proof of postage when sending. Postage cost to return bits must be paid by the customer.

The returns process
Please follow these steps in order to ensure a smooth return and quicker processing of your refund.

1. Contact us either by email, phone or through the website to say that you'd like to make a return

2. Package the bit securly using a mailing bag or envelope

3. Insert a letter / note that states your name, date of purchase, what the bit is and the reason for returning

4. Bit returned to the following addess:

Please keep your proof of postage and any tracking number should the parcel experiece a delay.

Once we receive your return it will be fully inspected and if in the same condition that it was sent to you, we will issue a full refund within 5 working days.

Faulty Goods
We try our very best to ensure that each and every bit is checked and an accurate description. Most second hand bits will have some signs of wear and teeth marks, especially those with plastic or rubber components. We try to accurately describe the condition of all bits that are pre worn, but if the bit reaches you and is not as described we will happily take it back.  And of course if we are at fault with your bit, we will pay the postage too!
