The tom thumb bit offers more precision and control due to the lifting effect in front which can assist the rider in helping to sit the horse back on its hocks, combined with poll pressure from the leverage action. Can be used with one rein on either the snaffle ring or the lower ring or with two reins.
This bit has a slim 10mm stainless steel mouthpiece and a double jointed cetnral link with copper discs.
