Standard fixed cheek pelham with a single jointed roller mouthpiece. The rollers are similar to a traditional cherry roller but spherical in shape and sweet iron to encourage salivation and relaxation in the jaw.
This bit will oxidise which is completely normal for blue sweet iron.
